Every time you take time to pray, give godly counsel, visit the sick, prepare to bring God’s Word to the congregation…
You’re making a difference.
Take a look at the life of the apostle Paul and the Sacrifices he made for you and I.
2 Corinthians 4:17-18 (KJV)
17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
Paul persevered and endured through much more than the average believer will ever suffer in their lifetime. With all he went through, he called them light afflictions.
Why could Paul do this?
“I have appointed you as a light for the Gentiles, to bring salvation to the ends of the earth” (Acts 13:47). Paul was thoroughly given to the will of God, and he has courageously committed to the call of God on his life no matter the cost…
The Love for God compelled Paul to press on:
No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:39)
Today we enjoy the benefits of Paul’s Sacrifice:
Paul wrote about two-thirds of the New Testament; of which millions are reading and being encouraged and equipped for the Christian walk.
As a little girl growing in a non-christian home, one day I heard the message of Salvation on the radio. I am ever grateful to the Pastor and church that paid the bill to put the Salvation message on the radio so that little girls like me could hear it.
In the ministry of our Lord Jesus, there were some special women noted who made a difference by supporting our Lord Jesus financially. The Bible speaks of them.
Luke 8:1-3

Women Who Supported Jesus
8 After this, Jesus traveled from one city and village to another. He spread the Good News about God’s kingdom. The twelve apostles were with him. 2 Also, some women were with him. They had been cured from evil spirits and various illnesses. These women were Mary, also called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out; 3 Joanna, whose husband Chusa was Herod’s administrator; Susanna; and many other women. They provided financial support for Jesus and his disciples.
God’s love in us compels us to go beyond ourselves to make the gospel available that others may benefit from what we have through redemption.
The Love of God compels us to care for the poor.
Together we’re making the Gospel Available on TV Radio on Via Missions Endeavors. In our own way, we’re spreading the gospel of Jesus.
We’re making our community better.
When suicide is averted
When a family homes to the Lord.
We’re making our world better than we met it.
In simple ways when we support financial missionary work across the nations people receive the gospel who otherwise may not hear the gospel.
Your life is making an impact today and if Jesus tarries for decades to come.
