1 Timothy 3:1-3 This is a true saying, if a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
Leaders are made up of members of WMCI. Leaders are appointed based on their consistent demonstrated exemplary biblical values in line with their support for WMCI core values.
At WMCI a leader prioritizes church services.
At WMCI a leader has a person Christian walk of integrity.
At WMCI a leader seeks to create unity in the body.
