We’ve dealt with many leaders. As Oral Roberts used to say, if you have no integrity get out of here. People with no integrity are going no where. They may look like their thriving for a season but disaster and shame awaits if there is no repentance. A man on integrity goes places. God always makes a way for him.
Genesis 37
5 Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the more. 6 He said to them, “Listen to this dream I had: 7 We were binding sheaves of grain out in the field when suddenly my sheaf rose and stood upright, while your sheaves gathered around mine and bowed down to it.”
8 His brothers said to him, “Do you intend to reign over us? Will you actually rule us?” And they hated him all the more because of his dream and what he had said.
9 Then he had another dream, and he told it to his brothers. “Listen,” he said, “I had another dream, and this time the sun and moon and eleven stars were bowing down to me.”10 When he told his father as well as his brothers,his father rebuked him and said, “What is this dream you had? Will your mother and I and your brothers actually come and bow down to the ground before you?” 11 His brothers were jealous of him,but his father kept the matter in mind.
After Joseph shared his dream, we read later in chapter 37 that his brothers sold him…
Later Joseph was wrongly imprisoned…
Joseph had a dream like many of us.
Each of us sees the promises of God in the Bible
The question is what is our part in realizing these dreams?
In the life of Joseph, we see wholeness one who waited long to see the promises of God come to fruition.
The enemy presented opportunity for compromise but Joseph did not sway to the left or right .
Compromise always precedes the real Promise.
Salvation is a free gift from the Father but each of us has the free will to make choices after we are saved. God’s Word becomes the landmark for our lives if we choose God’s Word.
The culture becomes the landmark for other believers if they choose the culture.
The more we align with God the more we set ourselves on the journey to see all He has planned for us, come to pass, no matter the set backs.
Wikipedia states Integrity is the qualifications of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. … The word integrity evolved from the Latin adjective integer, meaning whole or complete.
We cannot have integrity apart from God. Integrity is rooted in a deep desire to please the God we reverence.
Integrity by its very nature implies consistency. It means being sound, faithful, truthful, through and through, top to bottom. Integrity in one’s life means that truth characterizes their whole life. A man of integrity goes places.
Joseph’s Dream Comes to pass.
Genesis 41:46
Joseph was thirty years old when he entered the service of Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from Pharaoh’s presence and traveled throughout Egypt.
Joseph faithfully served in a circular institution.
Joseph’s faithfulness and diligence in the workplace was obvious before all these unbelievers.
Joseph passed the purity test — though is was imprisoned wrongly.
Joseph passed the test for faithfulness with the finances of the nation.
The good news is He is the rewarder, God alone crowns our efforts with success:
Hebrews 11:6
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
Joseph was an individual just like you and I.
In every stage of his life he passed the test and God kept promoting him.
The gift of free will, is from the Father–what a Blessing!
With this gift, we choose Jesus as our Lord and Savior.
After we get saved we have the free will to Obey His Word or Reject His Word.
Joseph had choices like you and I Joseph kept choosing to align with God’s Word
Today we celebrate His choices.
We can choose today with the free Gift of choice God has given to align with God or to align with our own desires.
My prayer is we will be like Joseph and choose to align with God’s Word
Our finest and best dreams comes, on the vehicle of aligning with God Word.
John 14:21 AMP
The person who has My commands and keeps them is the one who [really] loves Me; and whoever [really] loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I [too] will love him and will show (reveal, manifest) Myself to him. [I will let Myself be clearly seen by him and make Myself real to him.]

9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
Father may you bring healing to every area of live we haven’t surrendered wholly to you.
Empower me for a steadfast consistent walk with you.
